Prices
All costs are included in the rental price. The rental price consists of the basic price, the person price, taxes and additional costs. If you bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, the rental price is reduced by CHF 25 per person.
Season
The basic price varies depending on the season.
- High season: December 20 to January 7 / February 1 to March 15 / July 1 to August 31
- Early and late season: January 8 to 31 / March 16 to April 15 / June 1 to 30 / September 1 to October 31
- Low season: April 16 to May 31/ November 1 do December 19

Rental contract, invoice
You will receive an invoice for the apartment rent together with the rental contract. When signing the contract, a deposit of 50% of the rental price must be paid. The remainder of the rent is due one week before the start of the rental period. Optionally, you can also pay the entire rental price after signing the contract, which may be an advantage when paying from outside Switzerland because of the bank charges.
Subsequent changes
If there are changes after the contract has been concluded (e.g. more or fewer people than registered, later arrival or earlier departure of people) you can inform us up to 5 days after the end of your stay. You will then receive a revised invoice and, if applicable, a refund for any excess rent paid.
Cancellation
The shorter the time between the cancellation and the time the apartment is rented, the more difficult it is to find a replacement tenant. If you want to cancel the rental, you have to pay part of agreed rental price depending on the time of cancellation:
- up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- 41 to 10 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
- 9 to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
- If the rental is terminated early, the entire rent remains owed.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
